CEIH Response to COVID-19 In addition to UBC's COVID-19 response, we at CEIH acknowledge that Indigenous Peoples in Canada are particularly at risk right now and we want to echo the wisdom being shared by many Nations right now: self-isolate, help community members who are at risk, and stay calm.

CEIH is also taking the following measures to ensure we do not contribute to the spread of COVID-19:

• encouraging team members to work remotely
• ensuring handwashing protocols are followed
• practicing proper social distancing
